About Me
I was born and raised along the banks of the Jersey Shore’s Navesink River. The river was and remains a source of great inspiration for me - a place where human communities have flourished in tandem with nature for centuries. My adult life has been spent traveling across the world working as a naturalist, photographer, lecturer, and environmental educator. I am now enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Miami School of Law, where I expect to obtain a JD and continue advocate for the rights of each of us to enjoy the bounty of our planet.
My life’s goal is to bring the wonder of the natural world and the urgency to protect it to the masses, which I now do in my work as a naturalist with National Geographic - Lindblad Expeditions, independent conservation photography and programming, and here on this site. I invite and encourage you to connect with me however you see fit.
